Community Days
Community Days occur three times a year at Open Connections. Each one has its own theme, such as Music, Art and Innovation, Foreign Culture or Books, although their purposes are the same: to provide opportunities for the families who normally attend programs on different days to get to meet each other, and to give all parents and youth the opportunity to share their hugely diverse interests and skills with the rest of the community.
Each Community Day is four hours of fun, sharing, hands-on learning, good eating and a highly collaborative experience. The cost for Community Days is included in the tuition for any OC program.
