Natalie Pedersen is an Associate Professor at Drexel’s LeBow College of Business, where she is a member of the Legal Studies Department and teaches business law, entrepreneurial law and employment law. She focuses her scholarship on employment law, employment discrimination and implicit bias. Previously, Natalie practiced at Ballard Spahr in Philadelphia and clerked for Judge Marjorie O. Rendell of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Natalie attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a B.S. in Economics and then received her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Natalie is thrilled to be a member of the OC board and the Executive Committee. Her family has been part of the OC community since 2015. Natalie is the mother of three young people, all of whom attend OC.
