Jacey earned her B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Carnegie Mellon University, concentrating her studies on designing and developing technologies to assist the elderly. After graduation she began work in the museum field, designing educational experiences for the past 18 years in places like The Franklin Institute, The National Constitution Center, and Longwood Gardens.
